I have been on a journey to alleviate neck/back pain for 10+ years, chiropractic at first cause I refused to do the surgery or pill route. I discovered Thai Massage(assisted stretching technique) in Denver while traveling and have not looked back. It has been a godsend to find Michelle in this area to continue my Thai stretching, skeletal alignment, and full range of motion techniques to succeed in solving annoying pain issues. Regular weekly visits and 10 minutes of stretching at home each day has kept me virtually pain free for the 4 years I've been going to Michelle. She also has a 20 year background in PT which is an added bonus to address pain. Michelle is truly a HEALER!! 7 Oaks is a hidden gem in this area for natural/organic pain solutions....Scott

Michelle has done a great job helping me with tight muscles. Her Thai assisted stretching has really helped me loosen up my muscles. She bends me in all different ways to increase my flexibility. She also helps me by providing me with different stretches I can perform at home which also keeps me loose. Finally she is a very nice person, who I enjoy visiting with for the length of my 90 minute appointment. I have used a number of different massage therapists but Michelle is tops in my books.....Brent

Michelle is awesome! As a physical therapy assistant she super knowledgeable about the body and is an excellent listener. After you discuss the problems you want to address, she doesn't simply just "massage" over sore spots, she uses many different techniques to address the underlying issue(s) that is causing your discomfort. Best massage I've ever had!!!...Katie

I recently saw Michelle, at 7 Oaks for some stretching and a massage. She used Thai stretching techniques (which I had never heard of) on me and they were AMAZING! She was able to stretch muscles that I have never been able to, and relieve a ton of compression in my spine. I have a back injury from years ago, when I have to sit a lot for work or homework it really aggravates my injury. I will be going back for more Thai stretching to relieve the pain. I absolutely recommend her and the techniques she uses for anyone who has pain and tension in their body. Brandi

I love how knowledgeable Michelle is! She really knows how to help with problem areas. Not only relaxing, it’s therapeutic.....Heidi

Thai Massage (Assisted Stretching)

**My signature treatment**

Thai Yoga Massage is a 3-dimensional experience, where the muscles, tendons, ligaments, as well as the joints receive the benefit of movement and massage. You remain clothed throughout the session. You will experience a variety of stretching positions to loosen your joints and improve your mobility. I am now excited to offer Table Thai as well as floor style Thai massage on an extra large mat. This allows for easier access on and off the table, versus a floor. It also allows for extended space for a more in-depth Thai massage experience. Treat yourself to an amazing total body stretching experience today. The optimal session length is 90-120 minutes, but shorter sessions are also available.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is a specialized massage type that gently assists the lymphatic system in maintaining the body’s fluid balance, blood circulation, and immune mechanisms. During a lymph drainage massage, a series of gliding, compressing, stretching, and cupping motions are used on your body. The light rhythmic movements, applied without massage oil, stimulate the lymphatic system without compressing the vessels – allowing lymph to move easily through the tissues and lymph nodes. The lymphatic massage follows a specific sequence over the body so lymph isn’t trapped anywhere, making sure every area is treated with care.

Vibro-acoustic Therapy

Imagine that your massage experience can reach deep within each of your body's muscles, tendons, and individual cells. This type of massage is real, and it’s called vibroacoustic therapy. This new treatment explores how music and vibrations can be used to improve our health. Do you want to know the BEST PART? You can experience this therapy independently or while you are receiving a massage! Ask me about adding this to your next massage session- there is no extra cost to add this to your massage. How does vibroacoustic therapy work? At its core, music is just sound, and sounds are just vibrations. Vibroacoustic therapy uses speakers or transducers placed inside a mattress. The speakers produce vibrations that are applied directly to the body to ease certain symptoms. We know that the human body is over 70 percent water It is because of this water medium that the vibration energies can travel at a deeper level throughout the body's cells. This can have a positive impact on different systems within the body.

Targeted and Integrative Massage Techniques

I understand that each one of us carry different personal and physical stresses in our body every day, and that these stresses change with life. I will work with you to address your targeted issues and incorporate a variety of skilled techniques and add-on tools without any extra expense to you.
