About
I’m Michelle. My work lives at the intersection of clinical precision, advanced therapeutic bodywork, and deeply restorative care.
With over 30 years of experience in physical rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist Assistant and more than 9 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I bring a level of anatomical understanding and hands-on clinical skill that is increasingly rare in private practice. My approach is informed by decades of working with complex pain patterns, postural dysfunction, and movement limitations—then refined through integrative massage therapy rooted in both Eastern and Western modalities.
Advanced Clinical Skill Meets Intuitive Bodywork
Each session is shaped by what your body is actually communicating in real time—not a preset routine.
My work blends:
- Advanced Deep Tissue Therapy for chronic pain and structural restriction
- Traditional Thai Bodywork to restore mobility, circulation, and ease of movement
- Precision-based Acupressure and Cupping Therapy for targeted release of long-held tension patterns
- Functional corrective exercises and self-care strategies to extend therapeutic results beyond the table
This is not generalized relaxation work. It is structured, intentional bodywork designed to shift how your body holds itself in space.
A Refined, Individualized Approach to Healing
Every session begins with observation, assessment, and listening—because no two bodies carry stress the same way.
Whether you are navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, or seeking to restore balance in a system that feels overworked or disconnected, your care is tailored with precision and intention. The goal is not temporary relief—it is meaningful change in how your body functions and feels.
I also believe true progress happens between sessions. Clients are supported with practical education and movement awareness strategies that reinforce long-term results.
My Philosophy
The body is not something to force—it is something to understand.
My role is to combine clinical expertise with therapeutic sensitivity to help unwind patterns that have built up over time, creating space for improved mobility, reduced pain, and a more balanced internal state.
A Bit About Me
Outside the treatment room, I’ve been married to my husband for 25 years. Our home is shared with our dog, two cats, and a few chickens who keep life entertaining in the best way.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy football (Go Patriots!) and time spent with family and animals.
At 7 Oaks Bodywork and Massage, every session is designed with intention, skill, and respect for your body’s complexity. You are not just receiving a massage—you are engaging in a highly individualized therapeutic experience rooted in decades of clinical and hands-on expertise.
The result is simple: a body that moves better, feels lighter, and functions with greater ease.
