Welcome to 7 Oaks Bodywork and Massage. My name is Michelle and I would like to share my background and visions with you.
With over 27 years of experience as a physical therapist assistant and more than 7 years as a massage therapist, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My background blends Eastern and Western therapy styles, incorporating traditional techniques with modern approaches to provide comprehensive care tailored to your needs.
Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in both Eastern and Western modalities, drawing from disciplines such as relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, acupressure, cupping therapy, and more. This diverse training allows me to offer a holistic approach to healing.
My primary focus is on putting you, the client, first. I believe in taking a client-centered approach to therapy, where your goals, preferences, and comfort are paramount. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax and rejuvenate, I tailor each session to meet your needs and preferences.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to take an active role in their health and wellness journey. Through education, guidance, and personalized treatment plans, I strive to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to achieve optimal health and vitality.

That summarizes my clinical side, now let me tell you a little about who I am. I have been married to a wonderful husband for 24 years. We share a deep passion for the love of animals. Currently, we have a dog, 2 cats, and some chickens. I love watching football, but sorry…not the Packers. I am a die-hard New England Patriots fan.
I have been fortunate to find a career path that I love. You can be confident in knowing that your sessions will be spent listening to your muscles and providing you with a massage that will guarantee that you will feel like a new person when you walk out the door.
