Learn the proper exercises to keep you healthy. We will work together to understand what your strengths and weaknesses are and you will learn exercises specific to you. Learn what exercises will help you move and feel better. We will discuss your goals and assess your mobility strengths and weaknesses to determine exactly what you need to restore balance in your body. Exercises will be practiced and performed during your session to ensure that you are comfortable with what you need to do. Written exercises will be provided to you.

Kinesio tape is made of cotton and has elastic properties. There is no latex in this tape. It is this elasticity that allows the tape to work with the soft tissue of the body so effectively. The success of this tape is dependent on a proper evaluation of a client's condition and proper application technique. Kinesio tape is designed to be worn for 2-4 days.

Hours
This is a small business and I do not have a receptionist on staff. Whether you schedule something online or via phone/text, I will always be there for you. If you stop in and the door is locked, I am likely in with a client or have completed all of the scheduled appointments and have closed for the day. Please give me a call/text at 715-218-8400 if you need to connect at any time.
Office is open on Monday through Friday. Morning and evening appointments are available.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
If you are fail to show your appointment, you will be charged for the cost of your missed appointment. If you have to cancel your appointment, I require at least a 24 hours notice (exceptions allowed for weather conditions and illness). This will allow for enough time for me to fill this appointment slot.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session you booked. For example: If your appointment is at 2 pm, and you arrive at 2:03 pm, then need time to stop in the restroom and get situated for your scheduled appointment, your session will still end at 3 pm as scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Please complete the informed consent and medical history ahead to save time.

If you book a session and plan to use a gift certificate, but do not show up for your session, your gift certificate will be considered redeemed.
