My practice is currently full, and I am not accepting new clients at this time. This allows me to give each of my established clients the individualized attention and appointment availability they deserve while maintaining a healthy balance that enables me to provide my best care. I sincerely appreciate your interest in 7 Oaks Bodywork and Massage and encourage you to check back periodically, as availability may change in the future.

Massage for you

Thai Bodywork
Thai Bodywork is one of my favorite ways to help clients improve mobility, reduce tension, and restore natural movement. Rather than following a routine, every session is thoughtfully customized to your comfort level, flexibility, and individual goals. Depending on your needs, your session may be performed on a comfortable massage table, on a traditional floor mat, or incorporate elements of Thai fabric stretching (often called Sutra Thai) for gentle assisted movement and decompression. These techniques allow me to meet your body where it is, whether you're new to stretching, recovering from stiffness, or looking to improve flexibility and overall movement. Thai Bodywork combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, acupressure, joint mobilization, and mindful movement to encourage relaxation while improving balance, mobility, and body awareness. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more open, and moving with greater ease after their session. Every treatment is personalized. There is no "standard routine," only the techniques that best support your body on that particular day.
-
Massage
Massage therapy is a hands-on approach to promoting relaxation, relieving muscle tension, reducing stress, and supporting overall health and wellness. Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy week, ease sore muscles, or simply take time for yourself, massage can help restore balance to both body and mind. Using a variety of techniques, each session is tailored to your comfort level and individual needs. Pressure can range from light and relaxing to deeper therapeutic work, depending on your goals and preferences.
-
Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage is a gentle, light-pressure treatment designed to support the body's natural lymphatic system, which helps maintain fluid balance and overall wellness. It may be beneficial for reducing mild swelling, supporting post-surgical recovery (with physician approval), promoting relaxation, and complementing a healthy lifestyle. Because this work is subtle and the lymphatic system responds gradually, lymphatic massage is rarely a one-time solution. While some clients notice changes after a session, the greatest benefits are often achieved through a series of treatments and healthy lifestyle habits. If you're unsure whether lymphatic massage is the right choice for you, I'm happy to discuss your goals and help determine the best approach for your individual needs.

Concussion rsupport
Recovery from a concussion can look different for everyone. Lingering symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, brain fog, neck discomfort, light sensitivity, or difficulty concentrating can sometimes persist long after the initial injury. At 7 Oaks, I offer Dolphin MPS therapy as part of a gentle, non-invasive approach to support the body's natural healing process. Treatments are individualized and may be combined with other therapeutic techniques when appropriate. While no treatment can guarantee specific results, many clients appreciate having an additional option as
-
Cupping
Cupping therapy is a technique that uses gentle suction to lift the tissues rather than applying direct pressure. When combined with massage, it can help address areas of tightness, improve tissue mobility, and provide a different approach to releasing muscle tension and fascial restrictions. At 7 Oaks, cupping is thoughtfully incorporated into your massage when it may enhance your treatment. It is never a required add-on, but simply one of the many techniques I may use to help you achieve your wellness goals.
-
Acupressure
Acupressure is a traditional healing technique that uses gentle pressure on specific points throughout the body to encourage relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall well-being. While acupressure may be scheduled as a stand-alone session, it is most often incorporated into massage, auricular therapy, SEVA, or other treatments when it best supports your individual goals. Integrating these techniques allows for a personalized approach designed to meet your body's unique needs. Whether used on its own or as part of a customized treatment, acupressure offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support balance and relaxation.
-
VAT
VVibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) combines soothing sound frequencies with gentle vibrations to help the body settle into a deeper state of relaxation. Many people find that the calming sensory input helps quiet a busy mind, release physical tension, and create a greater sense of ease throughout the body. At 7 Oaks, VAT is thoughtfully incorporated into your massage or bodywork session when it may enhance your treatment. It can be especially beneficial for those who feel constantly "on the go," have difficulty relaxing, carry stress throughout their body, or simply have trouble slowing down long enough for true rest. By helping the body shift from a state of constant alertness into one of rest and restoration, Vibroacoustic Therapy can enhance relaxation and complement the benefits of your personalized massage treatment.

sympathy gift free
Losing a loved one can bring a profound sense of grief that affects both the heart and the body. This 30-minute supportive session is designed to meet you gently in that space, using acupressure combined with a Vibro Acoustic relaxation experience to encourage deep calm and nervous system rest. The intention of this session is not to fix or rush healing, but to provide a quiet, supportive space where emotional heaviness can soften and your body can find moments of ease and comfort.
-
exercise
Move better. Feel stronger. Function with more ease. My experience as a physical therapist assistant with 30 years of experience, I specialize in assessing movement and designing precise, individualized exercise programs that support real, lasting change. You’ll receive hands-on instruction and clear home exercises so you know exactly what your body needs—and how to do it correctly.
-
taping
Kinesio tape and therapeutic rigid tape are supportive tools that can be used as part of your treatment plan to improve movement, reduce discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing process. Kinesio tape offers gentle, flexible support that can help decrease pain, improve circulation, and allow for continued natural movement. It is often used for muscle tension, joint support, and fatigue. Therapeutic rigid tape provides a more structured level of support to stabilize injured or overworked areas, helping limit excess movement and protect tissues as they heal. This service is available as a standalone treatment or can be added to your massage session when additional support is beneficial. Both options are designed to complement hands-on bodywork, helping you feel more supported during recovery and daily movement. Taping may help reduce swelling, ease discomfort, and improve functional mobility between sessions.

Scheduling & Office Information
7 Oaks Bodywork & Massage is a small, independently run practice, and I do not have a receptionist on staff. Whether you schedule online or reach out by phone or text, you will always be communicating directly with me.
If you arrive and the door is locked, I am either in session with a client or the day’s appointments have been completed. Please feel free to call or text me at 715-218-8400 if you need assistance or have questions.
The office is open Monday through Friday, with both morning and evening appointment times available.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasional changes are unavoidable. This policy is in place to honor both your time and the time reserved for your session.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full session fee.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of illness or severe weather.
This notice allows time for your appointment to be offered to another client in need of care.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect other clients’ schedules.
Your appointment will still be charged at the full session rate, even if the treatment time is reduced due to a late arrival.
For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 2:00 PM and you arrive at 2:03 PM and need time to settle in, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
To make the most of your appointment, please plan to arrive a few minutes early and, when possible, complete any intake or consent forms in advance.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are treated as prepaid sessions.
If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, the session will be considered redeemed and the gift certificate will be applied.
