About
For more than 30 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant and over a decade as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping people move more comfortably, recover from injuries, and improve their quality of life. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that every body has a story to tell. Pain, stiffness, limited movement, stress, and even poor sleep are often connected in ways that aren’t immediately obvious. Rather than focusing only on where something hurts, I take the time to listen to what your body is communicating, looking for patterns that may be contributing to discomfort while treating the body as a whole. By combining my background in physical therapy with advanced massage techniques, Thai bodywork, acupressure, cupping, craniosacral therapy, kinesiology taping, Dolphin MPS therapy, and other therapeutic approaches, every session is thoughtfully customized to meet your individual needs and goals. My greatest passion isn’t simply helping you feel better during your appointment; it’s helping you understand your body so you can continue feeling better long afterward. I believe education is one of the most powerful tools for healing, which is why I enjoy teaching simple stretches, movement strategies, acupressure techniques, and self-care practices that allow you to become an active participant in your own wellness journey. My hope is that when you walk through the doors of 7 Oaks Bodywork & Massage, you’ll feel welcomed like family, listened to without judgment, and cared for as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. I want every visit to leave you feeling more balanced, more connected to your body, and more confident in your ability to care for yourself. Because my goal isn’t simply to help you feel better today. My goal is to help you understand why you feel better.
Beyond the Treatment Room
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying the simple things that help me stay balanced too. I love spending time with my husband, caring for our flock of chickens, cats & dog, tending to my garden, getting outside on my bike, or cheering on the New England Patriots. Those moments remind me that wellness isn’t something we find only in a treatment room. It’s built through the everyday experiences that bring us joy, connection, and balance.
